The specific location plays a significant role in how you design your custom home– you want to take advantage of what your lot/land has to offer and we know exactly how to do that.

The Building Process

Designing your home: We’ll sit down with you and architect a floor plan that will make your home into a beautiful personal sanctuary. We calculate volumes of open and intimate space to achieve the perfect balance for your dream home. We bring a full “Design Build Team” that incorporates expertise from all aspects of the process, including Interior Design, Exterior Design, Landscape, Construction, and Architecture. And of course, you are at the center of this process! If you already have your design done, no problem, we can work with your existing plans.

Construction: Our dedicated and skilled craftsmen get to work in this stage. Starting with the permits and paperwork, and ending with a finished product, you will be front and center for the entire process of creating your new home. As a family business, many of our suppliers are owned or managed by the same people who have served us for the past 30 years!

Completion: This isn’t when we say goodbye, in fact, quite the opposite! This is when we welcome you to the MG Builders’ family of proud custom homeowners!
